A night filled with laughter, friendship and prizes. The annual AGM and prize giving took place last night with Richard Breland taking home more silverware than a viking raider. It was a fabulous evening.

Thank you from all of us to Kathleen Hill, who steps down after an 8 year run as secretary and to Paul Wilcock who stood down as chairman and syllabus secretary after 3 years. We really appreciate your hard work for the club, sailing Mid Cheshire through the choppy waters of COVID and out the other side.

 

Welcome to Rob Bentley as he takes the reins as chairman with his vice chairman Petar Sobic, good luck and thank you for stepping up. We are also joined on the committee by Doug Hannell who will be our secretary.

 

Well done to everyone who won an award or a certificate last night and to those who did not, there is always next year.

 

That brings our season to an end. We return on the 4th of September at 7.45, St Andrews Church Winsford.
