Competition 6 was sports action. Themes help to push people out of their comfort zone and get them doing something new. The range of sports was great and our judge for the evening Noel Patterson found it really tricky to distinguish between the last few prints. He gave balanced critique designed to help the author improve. There was everything to play for at the top of the Photographer of the Year leader board with very few points between first and second. Tonight would decide this year's winner. We now eagerly await the final results of this year's league.
